Account Deletion in RioRise

We value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your RioRise account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

2. 2. Verify Your Identity

   Because RioRise does not use two-factor authentication, we need to confirm that the account belongs to you. Our support team will ask you a few questions about your account to verify ownership before proceeding. This step is required to protect your account and is permitted under Article 12(6) GDPR.

3. 3. Deletion Processing

   Once your identity is confirmed, we will delete or anonymise the personal data associated with your account.

4. 4. Important Information

   • - Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to your account and all in-game progress, characters, items, and purchases.
   • - The account cannot be restored, even if you register again with the same email or device.
   • - Some data may still be retained if required by applicable law.
   • - If you only wish to stop playing without deleting your data, you can simply uninstall the app.
